We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Cleaning Area Manager for a growing cleaning division to oversee approximately 6–10 cleaning teams across Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Annapolis. Reporting directly to the Night Operations Manager, this leadership role is responsible for supporting employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing team members while delivering exceptional service.
SalaryBase salary up to $45,000 annually, plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities

Essential Job Functions- Lead, train, and support cleaning crews
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly while fostering strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to retain and grow customer accounts.
- Provide operational support and work alongside crews when staffing shortages or business needs arise.
- Promote a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.
Mid-Level
EducationHigh School diploma, or GED required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Prior supervisory, team leadership, or service-industry experience preferred, including janitorial services, facilities management, hospitality, construction, landscaping, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using email, mobile applications, and basic technology tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support field operations as needed.
Arrival/start typically between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Typical finish time is between 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
