Job Description
At The Atlantic District, we believe that insurance is more than just paperwork; it is the promise of security for families and businesses alike. Based in the heart of Owings Mills, we have spent years building a reputation defined by integrity and a warm, human touch. As we look toward the future, we are searching for a General Agency Principal to help steer our ship.
You will find that our office is a place where people are genuinely happy to show up—a space where leadership is defined by the support you provide rather than the titles you hold. In this role, you will be the bridge between our strategic vision and our daily wins. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the culture of our agency, mentor talented individuals, and foster relationships that span the community.
If you are someone who finds fulfillment in cultivating talent and enjoys the satisfaction of solving complex problems for clients, you will fit right in. We invite you to bring your experience, your energy, and your perspective to a team that truly appreciates the person behind the professional.
