We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Distribution Associate to join our Timonium, Maryland warehouse operations team. The role focuses on SAP‑driven materials movement and inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of goods, seamless material flow to production, and timely order fulfillment.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, updating all transactions in SAP for full traceability.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments in SAP, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Utilize SAP to manage inventory, including stock movements, transfers, and consumption updates.
• Maintain real‑time accuracy of inventory records in SAP to support production schedules and customer orders.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using SAP tools to ensure data integrity.

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP or SAP WM modules and strong knowledge of materials movement and inventory control.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods. Able to climb a ladder and flex upper and lower body.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Operation of warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
• Knowledge of lean warehouse practices.

Shift hours will be Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
