Supervises the prepared foods and café team, manages staffing and training;
Ensures department meets quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards;
Plans production and manages seasonality, coordinating across areas;
Leverages handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, and to train and monitor product quality;
Collaborates with other departments and third parties to ensure operational continuity and support business goals
