Quality Technican

Overview

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift, Quality Tech, Monday through Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. Starting range for this position is $17.50/hr.

• Determine specifications and validate manufactured products and identify quality concerns
• Thorough understanding of Work Order tickets and the ability to read and interpret Shop drawings and templates
• Identify cause of errors, problems and/or defects
• Assist in recommending and developing solutions to address quality concerns and to enhance quality/productivity
• Discuss validation results with those responsible for products and recommend corrective actions

• 3+ years production line experience in a manufacturing environment; experience as a millwork assembler or master carpenter is a plus.
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
• The ability to see details at close range and match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
• Must be able to read tape measure
