Pay Rate: $20–$50/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler for a 6-month contract opportunity with possible extension. This role is ideal for candidates with strong soldering, PCB assembly, cable harnessing, and electronics manufacturing experience in a high-reliability environment.
The Electronic Assembler will support the assembly, repair, and testing of complex electronic hardware, including printed circuit boards, cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical systems. Candidates must have experience soldering miniature and micro‑miniature SMT components, including 01005 components, under a microscope.
Responsibilities- Assemble and rework printed circuit boards, cables, harnesses, and chassis assemblies
- Perform fine-pitch soldering and de-soldering of SMT components
- Operate surface mount assembly, reflow, dispensing, and rework equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and process documentation
- Record labor, traceability, and production data in computer systems
- Support manufacturing and engineering teams with troubleshooting and process improvements
- Work in a Class 8 Cleanroom environment while following quality and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong soldering and electronic assembly experience required
- Experience with PCB assembly, cable/harness work, and microscope soldering
- Familiarity with JBC nano stations and SMT rework equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and organizational skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Previous IPC certifications preferred (current or past certifications accepted)
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
