Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and physically demanding work for extended periods
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment preferred
• Basic familiarity with SAP inventory systems or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail for labeling accuracy, counts, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently

Responsibilities:

• Package finished goods at a minimum rate of 4 units per minute while maintaining strict quality standards
• Prepare and stage packaging materials (bags, boxes, drums) to support daily production schedules
• Print and apply 1,000+ product and handling labels per day with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Palletize a minimum of 50 bags per pallet, ensuring proper stacking, load stability, and safe transport
• Safely move and roll 200 lb drums using team lifting methods or approved equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift in accordance with safety guidelines
• Accurately track inventory using SAP and perform manual counts when required
• Utilize SAP mobile applications to print and apply handling units and inventory tickets
• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping in compliance with 5S workplace organization standards
• Follow all GMPs, company safety policies, and operational procedures at all times
• Immediately report safety, quality, or equipment issues to supervision
