Builder, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Installation Technician

Fabricating – reading / interpreting blueprints, layout of material per blueprint.

Assembly – standing up wall panels, installing roof support beams, installing insulation, wall skins, and roof panels.

Installing tech screws to connect wall, skin, and roof panels.

Caulking seams between panels.

Transferring buildings from inside the facility to the integration pad.

Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Abilities to meet physical and environmental demands.
• Standing / walking for extended periods of time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Wear the required PPE for the given position.
• Must be trained in applicable SOPs and work instructions.
• Skilled in utilizing cutting torches, brushes, pads, buffers, grinders, overhead cranes, and rubber hammers.
• At least one year of welding experience.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Ability to properly operate welding equipment.
