Job Description

This role plans, schedules, and monitors products through the full production cycle to meet production and delivery requirements. The position coordinates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and shop floor teams to ensure labor and materials are available and to resolve shortages, backlogs, and schedule disruptions.

Essential Functions
  • Releases work orders to production floor based on internal master schedule, part availability and current capacity.
  • May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
  • May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
  • May manage projects at this level with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • At least 2 years of previous Planning and / or New Product Introduction experience.
  • Experience in a production manufacturing environment either as a production planner, master scheduler, demand planner, and/or supply planner.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel (e.g., Excel formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables) and has skill in preparing tables, graphs, and charts.
  • Knowledge of Costpoint
  • Must possess strong results and goal/deadline-oriented work ethic, high attention to detail and be flexible.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $69,. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
