Lockheed Martin RMS seeks an experienced and self‑motivated Warehouse Material Handler who is looking for an exciting and challenging work environment. The selected individual will be involved in many warehouse activities but primarily responsible for receiving, inspecting, and tracking inventory to meet contract requirements.
US Citizenship is required due to program requirements.
You are a detail‑oriented logistics professional with a commitment to precision and the capability to manage material handling in a fast‑paced environment. You possess strong communication skills and the technical proficiency to maintain accurate inventory records and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities- Receiving inbound material
- Counting and inspecting material to basic requirements
- Receiving the material in the LM COS system
- Assisting with inventory storage, reporting, and other warehouse duties as required
- Demonstrates proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver error‑free work
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster effective relationships with customers and teammates
- Demonstrates proficiency in operation of powered forklifts and unpowered pallet jacks
- Possesses physical ability to kneel, squat, bend down, stretch, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and carry materials repeatedly through the day
- Previous warehouse operations experience in receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and packaging functions
- Experience using P2P/COS tools for receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Experience conducting cycle counts
- Experience inspecting material and documenting non‑conformances
- Experience using freight vendor software
- Experience with MIL‑SPEC packaging and crating
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $35,300 – $62,215. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
