Warehouse & Machine Operators – Multiple Openings | Salisbury, NC
$13.00–$15.00/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus
Multiple Shifts | Overtime Available

A growing manufacturing facility in Salisbury is now hiring Warehouse & Machine Operators to support production of recycled products. If you have prior machine operating experience and enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

• Machine Operators – Operate and monitor production equipment (Forklift operating experience is a plus.)
• Machine Operator Helpers – Assist operators with setup, materials, and workflow
• Truck Loaders – Load finished products safely and efficiently
• Warehouse Associates – Material handling, inventory support, and staging
• Facilities Maintenance – Support upkeep of the building and equipment

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Forklift experience is a plus (especially for Machine Operators)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work

• A weekly $2/hour attendance bonus in addition to base pay
