Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings;
Plan and execute fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and welding;
Excellent with alignment, need to be within 1/8th to 1/16th of error;
Must be able to lay out large pieces of carbon steel for the welder to follow and execute welds
