What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in running and maintaining multiple machines while ensuring product quality and efficiency throughout your shift.

Core responsibilities include:

Operate and monitor multiple production machines

Troubleshoot issues such as thread breaks and machine adjustments

Perform quality checks using measurement tools (calipers, gauges)
Inspect and package finished bobbins to meet production standards

Load materials, replace spools, and keep machines running efficiently

Complete production tracking, scrap reporting, and shift documentation

Qualified candidates will have:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Basic computer and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and quality

Mechanical aptitude or experience (preferred)
Good math and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized
