Must-Haves
Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
Bachelor’s in STEM + 8 YOE
Prior experience performing integration and test on subsystems, payloads, or relevant space vehicles Ability to lead technical teams of skilled Engineers and Technicians
Conduct performance requirements reviews and utilize MBSE tools such as CAMEO, Rhapsody, or DOORS

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI Cleared MBSE/Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to support a defense manufacturing partner in the Baltimore, MD area. This individual will be joining a team that is tasked with creating experiments and maximizing functionality of a space-related payloads. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Assess team growth as needed to meet deliverables.
Lead cross-functional assembly, integration, and testing efforts to enable rapid system development and deployment. Develop and maintain System I&T documentation, including test plans, schedules, and compatibility strategies. Coordinate resources, schedules, and processes across engineering and production teams to ensure efficient assembly and testing execution. Monitor performance, resolve integration issues, report status to stakeholders, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation: $60/hr to $90/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
