Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical connection and protection solutions, is seeking a Builder to join their team. As a Builder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18-$26

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Fabricate components by reading and interpreting blueprints and layouts
• Assemble wall panels, roof support beams, insulation, wall skins, and roof panels
• Install tech screws to connect panels and ensure structural integrity
• Seal seams between panels with caulking for weatherproofing
• Transfer buildings from inside the facility to the integration pad and perform other duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• Ability to meet physical and environmental demands, including standing and walking for extended periods
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Must wear required PPE and be trained in applicable SOPs and work instructions
• Skilled in utilizing cutting torches, buffers, grinders, overhead cranes, and rubber hammers
