Sanitation Worker
Join our dynamic team as a Sanitation Worker and contribute to maintaining cleanliness in a production environment that produces delicious food products. You will be responsible for cleaning the facility, including offices, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize production areas and offices.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members on the production line to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt to different tasks based on production needs.
- Experience in warehouse or production environments.
- Capability to perform general labor tasks.
- Proficiency with production lines and packing.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Comfortable standing for 10-12 hour shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using a pallet jack.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to shifting roles.
- Comfortable working around strong food odors such as garlic and jalapeños.

Work EnvironmentWork in a dynamic production environment that is cold in winter and warm in summer. Be prepared for shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours and standing for long durations. You will work around strong food odors, including garlic and jalapeños, in a food manufacturing setting. Safety gear such as gloves, beard nets, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses are provided, but you must bring your own steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25/hr.
