Process Manager, Physical Logistics

You will be part of a dynamic production team responsible for ensuring operational excellence, quality performance, and continuous improvement within the plant. The team plays a key role in achieving production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. What awaits you?

Supervise and actively support physical material handling activities on the shopfloor (e.g., line supply, part movement, replenishment, and staging of materials)

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines to avoid shortages or disruption

Monitor and optimize material flow and layout within the production area to improve efficiency and ergonomics

Check availability and proper condition of logistics equipment (e.g., trolleys, racks, tools) for daily operations

Coordinate physical logistics activities with operators and logistics teams to ensure smooth line feeding and production continuity

Actively participate in resolving material-related issues directly on the shopfloor (e.g., missing parts, incorrect supply, bottlenecks)

What should you bring along?

University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field

Professional experience in production, manufacturing, or logistics operations

Minimum 5 years working experience in the production/automotive/Logistics field

Specialist in promoting and implementing continuous improvement processes (CIP) and related tools (KAIZEN, 5S, VPS, SAP, Lean Manufacturing and ARMS system)

Experience in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process optimization

Good understanding of production processes, ergonomics, and workplace safety

Ability to manage and lead teams, including workforce planning and discipline handling

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to details

Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with quality and logistics teams
