Sr. Production Associate ; 3rd Shift

Position Overview

Sr. Production Associate I – Timonium, Maryland. 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am, Sunday through Friday.

• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment; ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods; climb ladders and flex upper and lower body.

• Machinery operation, noise tolerance, repetitive tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Quality inspection.

Hourly range: $21.41/hour. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
