What We Offer

We offer you an exciting opportunity to be part of our Color Development Center (CDC) team at Covestro (Thailand), where you will develop your color expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will work alongside experienced color specialists and contribute to delivering high-quality color solutions that meet our customers' demands, while growing your technical skills in a safe and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform color matching and correction processes to meet customer color targets both visually and numerically, under guidance of senior Colorists and Color Specialists
  • Support small lot/sample production following the process order schedule
  • Conduct mechanical property molding and visual color assessment, with formulation and process condition adjustments as advised
  • Support compounding trials and special requests as planned by Color Specialist/Expert
  • Operate extrusion, molding, and other process equipment including packaging and color/optical measuring instruments
  • Maintain safety operations and ensure proper protection for all personnel working in the CDC
  • Uphold good housekeeping and Gen.

    S practices, and comply with all environmental and health regulations
What You Offer

Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree or above in a relevant field
  • Good color perception and color matching skills
  • Basic knowledge of colorants, polymer recipes, additives, and raw materials
  • Basic understanding of extrusion and injection molding processes
  • Familiarity with operation software (MES, Prokont, Colibri) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, service-minded, and a good team player
  • Any relevant work experience is an added advantage
