Job DescriptionResponsible for performing processes necessary for fabrication and production of solar cells and growth of semiconductors.
Responsibilities- Performs the processes necessary for the fabrication and production of solar cells, including photolithography, cap etch/window clean, thinning, lift‑off, evaporation, sinter, saw‑dice, lot code, electrical testing, microscope inspection, and silicon diodes.
- Performs the processes necessary for growth of semiconductors, including operation of MOCVD vacuum system, metal organic material handling and x‑ray diffraction.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
RelocationRelocation assistance is not available. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Basic Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proficient in the use of Excel.
- Experience using SAP.
- High School Diploma/GED and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
