• Operate and monitor multiple production machines
• Troubleshoot issues such as thread breaks and machine adjustments
• Perform quality checks using measurement tools (calipers, gauges)
• Inspect and package finished bobbins to meet production standards
• Load materials, replace spools, and keep machines running efficiently
• Complete production tracking, scrap reporting, and shift documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with team members across shifts to keep production on track

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude or experience (preferred)
• Good math and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Comfort troubleshooting equipment issues
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
