** A typical work day may include:*
* + Lead and promote safety, food safety, quality standards, and housekeeping practices

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for management initiatives, work orders, and team communications

+ Safely and efficiently operate site equipment, including bagging machines, shipping systems, and motorized vehicles

+ Support onboarding of new employees and contractors, and deliver ongoing training through daily shift handoffs and safety meetings

+ Perform approximately 50% of the same tasks as the team being supervised

+ Ensure full compliance with all safety rules and regulations

* What you will need:

* + Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

+ Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

+ Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation

+ Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice

+ Must have a valid driver's license or

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in production-related work

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Forklift certification

* + Computer skills for data entry related to label production, and the ability to monitor inventory and shipment completion; experience with warehouse/shipping systems, SAP, or inventory management software

+ Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (e.g., packaging machinery)

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner

+ Consistently demonstrates strong safety leadership
