Position: Pickle Line - URGENT NEED HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Pay $15/hr

Pickle Line Production Worker

Support operations on a high-speed food production line handling packaged products and empty glass bottles. Assist with material loading, product packaging, palletizing, and overall production flow. Perform physical labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following food safety and quality standards.

Operate and support high-speed production lines to ensure continuous workflow. Load boxes weighing 15–20 lbs onto production equipment. Remove completed boxes from the production line. Open cartons of empty glass bottles and supply them to the line. Stack finished product boxes onto pallets for storage and shipment. Perform boxing, packing, stacking, palletizing, and product wrapping duties. Safely operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety requirements. Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns. Rotate between production lines and equipment as needed. Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended shifts.

Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing 15–20 lbs. Ability to stand and work on feet for 10–12 hour shifts. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding general labor tasks. Commitment to workplace cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards. Comfortable working around strong food odors, including garlic, jalapeños, salsa, and similar products.

Willingness to wear required PPE, including gloves, hair/beard nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multilingual workforce.

Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor roles. Experience working as a production line or assembly line worker. Familiarity with palletizing, packing, stacking, and pallet jack operation. Experience working around high-speed production equipment. Ability to learn and adapt to new machinery and production processes. Strong awareness of workplace safety and quality standards.

Food manufacturing and warehouse facility with active production lines. Seasonal temperature variations; work areas may be cold in winter and warm in summer. Exposure to strong food aromas such as garlic, sauces, and pickled products. Typical shifts range from 10–12 hours, generally from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Large and diverse workforce, with production lines staffed by 10–20 employees and up to 200 workers during peak periods.

PPE provided by the company; steel-toe boots are required. Temporary employees wear company-issued royal blue shirts. Lockers available for personal belongings. Break room equipped with microwaves and vending machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, MD. The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
