Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week with minimal damage and maximum hatchability;
Thoroughly clean and sanitize the hatchery environment, including equipment, to reduce mold and bacteria;
Operate tray wash and/or separator machines to maximize throughput with minimal product damage;
Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control;
Follow management instructions and SOPs to maintain safety, efficiency, and team morale
