TIPCO Technologies is seeking experienced production TIG welders to help deliver precision, quality, and legendary service in our manufacturing environment.
Position OverviewProduction TIG welding role primarily working with stainless steel and carbon steel materials, including thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel.
All applicants will complete a welding skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel materials.
- Collaborate with fabricators and fellow welders to meet production goals.
- Monitor and adjust welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished welds visually to confirm accuracy and quality standards.
- Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in welding.
- Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or completion of an accredited welding program (recent certification acceptable).
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
