Holly Poultry, Inc. is hiring for a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the preventive maintenance program in our Maryland production facility.
You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to maximize uptime while ensuring safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in food manufacturing, at least 1 year of supervising 4+ maintenance staff, and hands-on skills with blueprints and electrical schematics.
