Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Overview of Position

The Machine Operator I is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery. This includes monitoring equipment, assisting in changeovers and clean-up activities, performing quality checks, and accurately completing required documentation to support daily production goals.

• Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with SOPs and safety protocols
• Perform visual quality checks and rework defective products
• Assist with equipment cleaning, sanitation, and changeovers
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization to GMP standards
• Accurately complete all necessary production documentation and reports
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures

Individual contributor role supporting assigned line or machine. No direct reports. Works under direct supervision of Line Leads or Mfg Supervisors.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Prior manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.

The salary range for this position is: $18.15 - $24.55
