Location: Centreville
Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations in our cannabis manufacturing facility in Centreville, MD. You will ensure safety, quality and efficiency while mentoring a team to meet production goals.
Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, training staff on 5S and SOPs, maintaining GMP compliance, tracking KPI metrics, and driving continuous improvement. A minimum of two years in manufacturing or agriculture is preferred, with strong MS Office
