Sr. Production Associate

Overview

Bring more to life. Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a detail-oriented Sr. Production Associate I to join the Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision, conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain quality checks throughout production to ensure adherence to specifications.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other relatable skills.
• Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods; climb ladders as needed.
• Travel requirements as applicable.
• Nice to have: prior experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks; computer proficiency; quality inspection.

2nd shift: 3:00 pm – 11:20 pm, Monday to Friday.

The hourly range for this role is $21.41/hour. The company believes this range is the range of possible compensation at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future.
