Sr. Production Associate

We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Sr. Production Associate I to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. The role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and assemble filtration products according to precise specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace consistent with company standards.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or applicable experience.
• Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Travel, motor vehicle record, and physical/environment requirements: ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods; ability to climb a ladder and flex the body.

• Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday–Friday.
• Hourly range: $21.41/hour. The posted range is a good-faith estimate of the compensation at the time of posting and may be adjusted.
• This position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
