Dixon Valve - 203A Log Canoe Circle - Responsibilities:
Operate band and cold saws to cut material per work orders and inspect finished cuts for dimensional accuracy;
Verify material type, size, and heat/lot traceability before and after cutting;
Manage stock levels of bar, pipe, and tube and track usage in ERP/MRP system;
Operate forklifts to load/unload deliveries and stage material for production;
Perform routine machine maintenance including blade changes and coolant management;
Follow safety protocols and support quality teams with first-piece verification
