Sr. Production Associate I – Timonium, Maryland. This key role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment to support customers.
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or applicable experience.
• Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications, including weighing, measuring, and simple mathematical calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods of time.
• Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

• Experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Quality inspection experience.

3rd Shift: 11pm‑7:30am, Sunday‑Friday

The hourly range for this role is $21.41/hour, which may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
