• Minimum of two years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and precision manufacturing.
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and measurements to the thousandth of an inch.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and effective problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following all manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications.
• Measure and inspect completed parts for accuracy.
• Confirm that products meet established quality standards and tolerances.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Report equipment problems and quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
