This individual will perform production assembly processes in the Manufacturing Department and support fabrication of quartz bulbs in our Bulb Division.
And Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing duties to include making liners, shutters and cables, ignition bulbs, ADV Screens, and various other part assemblies.
- Perform quartz fabrication processes to include snap cutting, torch operations, testing, packaging, inspection, operating a laboratory glass washer and auto lathe.
- Light machining/fabrication.
- Fundamental machine wiring techniques, such as cutting, terminating, soldering and crimping wire.
- Maintain clean work environment
- Follow published Work Instructions and Procedures
- Observe, recognize, and promote safe manufacturing practices.
- Learn and comprehend the duties and responsibilities of an Electromechanical Assembler.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools and measurement devices.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of understanding and effectively communicating with other staff members about all related functions.
- Proficiency in basic math skills.

- Plan A – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch (40 hours)
- Plan B – Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Friday off
- Plan C – Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Monday off
