Abacus Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Assist in unloading deliveries and verify receipt of materials including large format paper, ink, and packaging supplies;
Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure accessibility and proper handling;
Check inventory levels and perform stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records;
Support the map printing team by handling materials and transferring rolls of printed maps to proper locations;
Prepare and pack finished maps for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage;
Assist with preparing materials for upcoming print runs as directed by the production manager
