Job Responsibilities

• Verify all E-stops are operational and all guards are in place before startup.
• Understand operating and safety procedures of assigned machinery and surrounding equipment.
• Gather and ensure required pre‑staged materials, supplies, etc. are correct before the line begins as applicable.
• Dispose of materials, debris, etc. into proper recycle bins or trash containers.
• Accurately and timely complete all Pre‑Op Reports, Logs, Inspection Sheets, Downtime Reports, etc.
• Compare and verify all materials (codes, containers, sizes, labels, etc.) match to Spec Sheets.
• Verify glue machine reading correct temperature and that glue is inside the pod; fill the pod.
• Ensure the steam valve on the capper is turned on to proper settings when operating the capper.
• Clean area of any debris, broken glass, etc. throughout the day as needed.
• Communicate with other operators at shift change, when being relieved from position, etc.
• Ask questions when unsure.
• Ensure proper training before operating machinery.
• Report all food safety/quality problems outside the operator’s realm of responsibility to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Work safely and report all unsafe working conditions and/or unsafe acts to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure a safe wholesome product is produced safely.
• Perform all other duties as required.

• Manufacturing experience.

Base Pay Range: $16.36 - $27.26. Final base pay will be determined based on role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
