Miltec UV is seeking a full-time Electromechanical Assembler to join our Manufacturing Team.

SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing production processes within our Manufacturing Department, specifically supporting the development and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems and subsystems used in UV Curing equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assemble electronics according to product specifications
- Follow blueprints to put together electronic devices, tools and products using hand and power tools and other assembly equipment
- Assemble and wire lamp housings
- Read and interpret wiring schematics and specification sheets
- Build UV power supplies and lamps
- Fabrication and assembly of harnesses
- Conduct HPI UV System Testing under direction and supervision
- Testing of Microwave UV power supplies and lamps under direction and supervision
- Assemble/wire HPI UV Back Panels and power cabinets per instructions
- Perform RF Detector Calibrations
- Ability to assist Service Department and interact with customers
- Troubleshoot equipment and collaborate with Engineering Department to resolve issues
- Document non-conforming materials
- Assist in the training of others
- Commitment to following all company, industry and regulatory safety requirements, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years pertinent experience building and assembling electromechanical systems
- Associates degree in Electronics or commensurate experience
- Advanced knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
