We currently have an opportunity for a Saw Technician. This position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a starting rate of $21.71 per hour.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Saw Technician. In this role, you will use specialized tools to process materials and fittings to a specified angle, length, or shape. Your work directly contributes to the quality and reliability of our products, which serve critical infrastructure across the country. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and confidently for fitting fabrication
  • Use measuring tools accurately, such as tape measures
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety and quality
  • Operate various power tools and saws to cut materials to defined specifications
  • Wear appropriate safety gear as directed by the safety team and supervisor
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Follow clear instructions and seek clarification when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace; perform daily resets
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications &

Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred; experience with plastics is a plus
  • Comfortable with measurement systems and basic math
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with effective communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture
  • Ability to lift 30–40 lbs safely
Working Conditions:
  • Active role requiring mobility, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30-40 lbs
