RRD is seeking a 1st shift Bindery Operator in Timonium, MD. You will set up, adjust and operate a range of binding and finishing equipment to produce books, catalogs and printed materials.
You will monitor quality, supervise the crew, and coordinate multi-station tasks to ensure on-time delivery. Requirements include familiarity with paper weights and basic math for dimensional accuracy, plus the ability to read job orders and adjust machines accordingly.
