JOB SUMMARY:
Assembling finished product in Off-line assembly area or 4-bar area according to customer specification and company policies.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday; 3:30pm-2am
- Performing general hand assembly
- Operating Bench Master punch press
- Operate air press assembly
- Work in butt hinge assembly, which involves installing bushing, pin installation, using hand and air assembly with a two hand trip machine
- Operating various two hand trip machines to finish pieces through hand assembly
- Packaging of materials with proper labeling to be shipped
- You must strive to meet daily quotas for the various functions
- Ensure quality checks are performed and documented
- Perform daily safety checks and document
- Perform job duties in a safe manner
- Maintains workstation in neat and clean condition.
- Assists other workers with specific tasks as requested.
- Ability to read and follow job instructions
Skills and Abilities
- Good dexterity
- Must have general Math skills;
- Ability to read blue prints is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
