Production Technician

Constellation Energy seeks a Production Technician to support safe, efficient operation of manufacturing and production systems in our energy & utilities facilities. In this role, you will operate and monitor equipment, perform routine mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting, and complete inspections to ensure reliability and environmental compliance. You'll accurately record production data, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with a diverse, safety-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in an energy manufacturing environment
• Perform routine mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance following safety and environmental standards
• Record production data, report variances, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
