Location: Centreville
Socket.dev is seeking a Sr Flower Technician to perform plant maintenance and ensure the highest quality cannabis plants for patients and consumers. You will help grow healthy plants, train new employees on SOPs, and complete required computer work in a safe, positive work culture.
In this role you will perform defoliation, pruning, IPM, and ensure GMP and PPE compliance, while coordinating with production to meet goals. Must pass background checks and be 21+.
