Forklift Operator

Cargill is seeking a safety-focused Forklift Operator to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations in the Manufacturing & Production industry. In this role, you will operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, stage and organize pallets, and help maintain accurate inventory. You will complete equipment inspections, follow strict food safety and quality procedures, and work closely with production teams to keep product flowing.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods safely.
• Load and unload trailers, staging products according to work orders.
• Inspect forklifts before use and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow all Cargill safety, quality, and food-handling procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and basic data entry.

• S initiatives in the warehouse and production areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to meet production schedules.
• Secure, wrap, and label pallets to prevent damage and ensure traceability.
