Welder Fabricator - Custom Fabrication

• Competitive pay starting at $25–$35/hour based on experience
• $2,500 Signing Bonus
• 4-day work week with plenty of overtime available

• Variety of projects — no repetitive assembly line work

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence layout, fabrication, and finish work
• Advanced TIG welding ability
• Ability to weld and finish mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Skilled in blueprint reading and custom rail layout
• High attention to detail with clean and polished finishing work

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for 8+ hours

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus
