The Production Associate is a versatile, cross-functional team member responsible for supporting Shipping & Receiving, Manufacturing, and Chemistry Laboratory operations. This role ensures the efficient movement of parts and products (incoming, inbound, and outgoing), execution of manufacturing production activities, and organization/support in our chemistry laboratory while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments to meet operational goals and customer requirements.

Receive incoming materials; and determine correct course of action and delivery to appropriate locations.

Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report any damage.

Label, store, and organize inventory.

Prepare outgoing shipments and complete shipping documentation.

Pick, seal Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools, power tools, and postage meter.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.

Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

Perform manufacturing duties to include making liners, shutters and cables, ignition bulbs, screens, and various other parts assemblies.
