• Inspect fresh produce for quality and ensure it meets company standards before packing.
• Pack fresh products into containers or packaging materials according to specified guidelines.
• Label and seal packages accurately to ensure proper identification and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Operate basic packaging tools or equipment as required.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling produce and packaging materials.
• Assist in inventory management by reporting damaged or unusable products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and labeling.
• Basic knowledge of handling fresh produce or willingness to learn on the job.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Adherence to hygiene and safety standards in a food production environment.
• No specific educational background required, but basic literacy and numeracy skills are advantageous.
