Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection, with a strong understanding of ISO
9001/2015 and AS9100D standards. Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Inspection Arm/Scanner is highly desirable.
- Perform thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauging fixtures, to conduct accurate and precise measurements.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Inspection Arm/Scanner to inspect complex parts and assemblies.
