About the RoleWe are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and wants to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaign execution.
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping execute marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and support day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including content development and distribution.
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Help maintain and update website content and marketing databases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support administrative and organizational tasks within the marketing department.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
