Retail and Event Representative

Marvin, a distinguished leader in the custom windows and doors industry since 1912, is seeking a Retail and Event Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on promoting Marvin's commitment to innovation and quality in design across various retail and event platforms. The ideal candidate will passionately represent our brand, bringing Marvin's values and aesthetics to life for customers and partners at trade shows, in-store displays, and various promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute in-store retail setups to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, effectively communicating brand values and product benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, venue managers, and retail partners.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of event strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and product samples for events.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends at events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute event-specific promotions and collateral.
• Train and supervise event staff to ensure they meet Marvin's standards of customer service and product knowledge.
