We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and wants to gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaign execution. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping execute marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and support day‑to‑day marketing operations.

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content development and distribution.
• Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Help maintain and update website content and marketing databases.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Assist with event planning, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support administrative and organizational tasks within the marketing department.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
